Sunnybank is within easy reach of the Dales, the White Peaks and the Dark Peaks - home to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Hardwick Hall, Kedleston Hall and the towns and villages of Bakewell, Baslow, Buxton, Calver, Cromford, Hathersage and Wirksworth to name but a few. If you are on foot, the buses provide an excellent service and stop at the bottom of our road. We also have a train station only a short 15 minute walk from us. Whatever the weather, you will never run out of things to do or places to visit whilst staying with us.
At Sunnybank, our rooms are spacious, comfortable. All rooms are ensuite with satellite TV, DVD player and hospitality tray. As we are on the edge of woodland and surrounded by mature trees, there is no road noise to disturb you at night - only the sound of owls. Although removed from all the hustle and bustle, we are only a short 5 minute walk to the high street where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Sunnybank B&B is situated at the top of a quiet (hill-side) cul-de-sac with stunning views of the surrounding area. You can watch climbers scale the face of Wild Cat Craggs across the valley and hawks glide in circles down towards the Black Rocks of Cromford. There are numerous scenic walks on our doorstep and we have a large collection of maps and guides which you are welcome to borrow. All are easy to follow and will take you back in time as you experience the history of our area.
